Refund Policy

1. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS


We offer refunds within 7 days of delivery for products that have manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at ask@rpishop.in with your order number and invoice number. Once we verify the defect, we will initiate the refund process.

2. WRONG ITEM DELIVERED


In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us immediately at ask@rpishop.in with your order number and invoice number, and we will arrange for the return and refund process.

3. WRONG SIZE ORDERED


If you accidentally order the wrong size, we offer a replacement service. However, please note that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for the replacement. Please contact us at ask@rpishop.in with your order number and invoice number to arrange for the replacement.

4. REFUND PROCESSING


Refunds are processed every Tuesday and Friday. Before processing any refund, we will verify that the returned goods are in intact condition. Once verified, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

- Please ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned items are damaged due to negligence or misuse.
