Shipping & Return Guidelines

At RPI Shop India, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Below are our detailed shipping and return policies.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. We will inform you in advance if items are shipped separately.
You may track the shipping status of your order on our website by clicking the "Track Your Order" section.

Primary: Delhivery Logistics — available during checkout.
On Request: EMS Speed Post for remote locations where Delhivery does not have coverage. Please note that we cannot guarantee compliance with all special requests, as the post office verifies shipment contents before accepting.

We make our best efforts to ship your order on the same day. 99% of orders are shipped within 24 hours.
We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST are shipped the same day (except Sundays and public holidays).
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days across India, depending on the courier partner and your location.

All items are delivered with standard manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect customers from manufacturing defects.
If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within the warranty period from the date of shipment.
We will replace or repair damaged products at no cost, with return shipping prepaid by us.
If the product is out of stock, we will issue a 100% refund.
Warranty does not apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

You can request an order cancellation by email only at ask@rpishop.in.
Our customer service team will respond within one business day.
Only orders in "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status can be cancelled.
If your order has moved to a different status, it cannot be cancelled.
In some cases, cancellation may attract a 5% bank charge depending on the payment method used (as payment gateway providers charge commission regardless of cancellation).
RPI Shop reserves the right to take the final decision on all cancellation and refund requests.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Once we confirm the item cannot be repaired by the customer, we will issue a Reference Number. Please mention this clearly on your shipping box.
Do not write anything on the product packaging.
Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt.
All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
