Features
- Since the insert has a conduction valve, there is no need to back-drill and counter-sink the hole.
- Widely applied in laptop plastic housings, 3D printers, automotive, electrical injection molding, and more. And the every type of heat set inserts has an individual bag to prevent them from mixing in transit.
Made of brass material, high hardness and durable. Provides good mechanical properties with increased corrosion and heat resistance The knurled insert nut has a guide, so no countersink is required. The surface is smooth, firm and even, and easy to install. It can be installed into a plastic matrix by ultrasound or heat during the injection molding process. Can be widely used in 3D printing injection molding to achieve tight fixation. Because the outer diameter of the insert is embossed, it forms certain friction and bites force with the brass insert after molding, which can be fixed on the inside and will not fall off. Has a certain torsion and tension.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Delivery within India takes 2-5 days. It is free on orders of Rs 500 and above; below that it costs Rs 69. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment; weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. We also ship to 28 countries, including UAE, UK, USA and Australia, at a flat Rs 1,700 per order.
How can I pay? Is Cash on Delivery available?
Online payments go through Razorpay secure checkout. Cash on Delivery is available on orders above Rs 99; a COD fee of Rs 49 per order applies.
Do prices include GST, and do I get a GST invoice?
All prices on the site include GST. Enter your GSTIN at checkout and your invoice is issued with it.
How do I order several sizes at once?
Open "All Sizes & Prices" on the product page, type a quantity against each size and press "Add selected to cart"; all sizes go to the cart in one step.
What are the pack sizes, and what is the price per piece?
Fasteners are sold in packs; the pack quantity is in the size name and in the Pack row of Specifications. Most screw packs are 10, 25, 50, 75 or 100 pieces. Heat shrink, sleeving and wire are sold per metre. The price per piece or metre is shown under the price, on product cards and in the size grid, where the green cell is the cheapest per piece.
Which thread standard and material grades do you use?
All metric threads are ISO coarse; the pitch for each size is in the Key specs box and the Specifications tab. Screws marked 12.9, 10.9 or 8.8 are High Tensile Steel of that property class. All stainless steel items are grade 304.
What if the item is defective, wrong, or I ordered the wrong size?
Manufacturing defect: refund within 7 days of delivery, after verification. Wrong item delivered: full refund; the return is arranged by us. Wrong size ordered: we offer a replacement; you pay the additional shipping for it. Email ask@rpishop.in with your order number and invoice number. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Refunds go to the original payment method and are processed every Tuesday and Friday.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS when your order ships. Most orders ship by Delhivery. If you have an account, your orders are listed under My orders.
