Closed end connectors are crimp-able for a quick, inexpensive, easy and permanent electrical connection of two or more wires. The outer insulating shell of the connector is made from nylon and houses a small tinned copper barrel. You simply insert your wires all the way into the closed end connector and crimp around the barrel using any standard wire crimpers. The connectors are able to connect multiple wires together and work well on both stranded and solid core wire. You can seal up the connector using dual wall heat shrink with adhesive, or you can wrap it with standard electrical tape.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Delivery within India takes 2-5 days. It is free on orders of Rs 500 and above; below that it costs Rs 69. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment; weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. We also ship to 28 countries, including UAE, UK, USA and Australia, at a flat Rs 1,700 per order.
How can I pay? Is Cash on Delivery available?
Online payments go through Razorpay secure checkout. Cash on Delivery is available on orders above Rs 99; a COD fee of Rs 49 per order applies.
Do prices include GST, and do I get a GST invoice?
All prices on the site include GST. Enter your GSTIN at checkout and your invoice is issued with it.
How do I order several sizes at once?
Open "All Sizes & Prices" on the product page, type a quantity against each size and press "Add selected to cart"; all sizes go to the cart in one step.
What are the pack sizes, and what is the price per piece?
Fasteners are sold in packs; the pack quantity is in the size name and in the Pack row of Specifications. Most screw packs are 10, 25, 50, 75 or 100 pieces. Heat shrink, sleeving and wire are sold per metre. The price per piece or metre is shown under the price, on product cards and in the size grid, where the green cell is the cheapest per piece.
Which thread standard and material grades do you use?
All metric threads are ISO coarse; the pitch for each size is in the Key specs box and the Specifications tab. Screws marked 12.9, 10.9 or 8.8 are High Tensile Steel of that property class. All stainless steel items are grade 304.
What if the item is defective, wrong, or I ordered the wrong size?
Manufacturing defect: refund within 7 days of delivery, after verification. Wrong item delivered: full refund; the return is arranged by us. Wrong size ordered: we offer a replacement; you pay the additional shipping for it. Email ask@rpishop.in with your order number and invoice number. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Refunds go to the original payment method and are processed every Tuesday and Friday.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS when your order ships. Most orders ship by Delhivery. If you have an account, your orders are listed under My orders.
